With a background in psychology and biomedical informatics, Vickie has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to positively impact user experiences within the domains of healthcare, e-learning, e-commerce, and oil & gas. Clients benefit from her ability to unearth and translate data from qualitative and quantitative methods into accessible chunks at any point of the product lifecycle. She also serves as a content reviewer on topics ranging from human-computer interaction to informatics for multiple conferences and professional organizations. Vickie has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
