Shelly Holbrook is a seasoned professional in user experience and human factors research, currently serving as Director at Bold Insight since January 2019, where the focus is on enhancing product usability and user satisfaction. Shelly also holds a Director position at ReSight Global, contributing to a global network of UX research agencies. Previously, extensive experience includes roles as Human Factors Engineer at Roche, where participation in heuristic evaluations and development of human factors databases solidified expertise in the diabetes management systems sector.
