Luz Espitia is an experienced professional with a strong background in data analysis and administrative support. Currently serving as an Outbound Commercial Analyst at Bold.co since September 2022, Luz previously worked at Banco AV Villas from December 2016 to January 2022 as a Data Analyst, focusing on compliance indicators and reporting through Power BI. Prior experience includes a role as an Administrative Assistant at Banco Pichincha, where responsibilities included managing internal requests, document control, and database management. Luz holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad INCCA de Colombia and completed a course in Microsoft Power BI, complemented by a Technologist degree in Administrative Management from the same institution.
