Dan Capobianco has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Dan started their career in 1963, working in the meat departments of chain stores such as Everybody's Market and Giant Foods. Dan began as a meat cutter and eventually became the department manager. In 1982, they opened their own business, the Butcher Shoppe, where they served as the owner until 1996.
