Peter Dirks is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR IT and project management. Since May 2018, Peter has served as Product Owner and lead HR IT development team at bol, overseeing the tech team within HR, managing stakeholder relations, and conducting business analyses while facilitating biweekly sprints. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at PostNL from 2011 to 2018, including HR Project Manager, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Regional Manager, where responsibilities included implementing HR innovations and managing HR KPI's. Peter also gained valuable experience in management and operational roles during earlier employment at PostNL and as an HR intern at Ahold. Education includes Master’s Degrees in Business Studies - HRM and Communication Science from University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, respectively, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
