Neha Damani is an experienced engineering manager currently at Boku since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing teams and overseeing enhancements in software releases while adhering to agile workflows. Neha previously worked at Saba Software from June 2011 to October 2022, progressing through various roles including associate engineering manager and technical project lead, where introduction of Ignite for performance enhancement and load balancing was a key achievement.
