Steve Cooper has extensive experience in corporate leadership and finance, serving on the Board of Directors for Boise Cascade Company since 2015 and for TrueBlue Inc. from 1999 to 2023, where roles included Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and CFO and VP of Finance. Prior to this, Steve Cooper held the position of Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1997 to 1999 and at Deloitte from 1986 to 1994. Additionally, finance expertise was gained at Albertsons from 1994 to 1997. Steve Cooper earned a degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University College of Business.
