Kelly was promoted to SVP, CFO and Treasurer in May 2021. His previous positions were VP, Controller and Director of Strategic Planning and Internal Audit. He is a certified public accountant and has worked for the Company since 1996. He received a B.A. in accounting from Boise State University.
