Barbara Brig, CEBS, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Benefits, Health & Wellbeing at Bohler, a position held since March 2021, after previously holding the role of Manager of Total Rewards. Prior to joining Bohler, Barbara operated in various benefits-related roles at BASF from May 2007 to March 2021 and as Benefits Manager at GAF from September 2000 to May 2007. Barbara's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with additional studies undertaken at the University of Maryland.
