Michele Di Maio's work experience begins in 2009 as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Home Decor Innovations. In 2010, they joined Samsung Electronics Italy as a Strategic Marketing Assistant and later became a Marketing Intelligence Jr. Manager.

In 2017, Michele joined Ermenegildo Zegna Group where they held multiple roles, including CRM Coordinator for the EMEA Region and Global Customer Solutions CRM Coordinator. During this time, they focused on customer insights, managing reporting and budgets, and leading a multi-year transformation project.

Currently, Michele is the Head of CRM at BOGGI MILANO, a position they started in September 2022.

Michele Di Maio has a diverse education history. In 2004, they began their studies at Università Bocconi, focusing on Economics with a specialization in New Technologies and International Markets. Michele completed this degree in 2007.

In 2007, Michele pursued further education at Università Bocconi, specializing in Marketing Management. Michele successfully completed this program in 2009.

Continuing their academic journey, in 2008, Michele attended the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where they completed a one-year Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Michele Di Maio obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google in March 2019.
