Chandra Tjiong is an experienced professional in retail expansion and real estate with a strong background in market analysis, site selection, and negotiation. Currently serving as the Head of Store Expansion at Boga Group since July 2023, Chandra is responsible for identifying and securing new store locations, coordinating with various departments for openings and renewals, and maintaining relationships with malls and landlords. Previously held senior roles at Bata Indonesia as the Head of Real Estate & Project and PT. Supra Boga Lestari as Head of Business Development and Asset. Chandra's extensive experience also includes positions at PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik as General Manager Expansion and Carrefour as General Manager Business Development, emphasizing strategic retail development across Indonesia. Chandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban City and Planning from Tarumanagara University.
