Juliette Lee is a Program Analyst in Strategic Policy and International Affairs at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since October 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating SPIA program activities, collaborating with environmental divisions, and providing subject matter expertise on offshore energy and marine issues.
