Paul Cohen is an experienced customer success leader with a robust background in managing client services and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success Leader at Boeing since November 2023, Paul previously held the position of EVP - Client Services & Success at SmartCommerce from January 2022 to November 2023. Between October 2016 and January 2022, Paul was the Global Head of Customer Success & Support at Hitachi Vantara, overseeing teams in product support and enterprise architecture. Earlier roles include Partner Solutions Manager at Google and Vice President of Customer Service & Operations at Channel Intelligence, where Paul managed global operations and led teams that supported major retailers. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Texas and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Collin College.
