Colin Miller is an experienced aerospace executive currently serving as VP/GM at Boeing Phantom Works since November 2024. Prior to this role, Colin held various leadership positions at Northrop Grumman, including Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Mission Assurance & Programs from September 2021 to November 2024. Colin's career includes significant roles at Gulfstream Aerospace from 2013 to 2021, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Innovation, Engineering & Flight, Vice President of Flight Operations, and Experimental Test Pilot. Colin's military background encompasses multiple leadership positions within the United States Air Force from 2005 to 2013, including Commander of the 40th Flight Test Squadron and Chief of Safety for the 96th Test Wing. Colin's academic credentials include a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MA in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, and multiple advanced degrees in aviation systems, military studies, and national resource strategy. Colin also possesses Level III certifications in Test & Evaluation and Program Management from the Defense Acquisition University.
