Bianca Guerrero is a committed and skilled mechanical engineering student at the University of Washington, expected to graduate in June 2026. Current experience includes a System Safety Engineering Internship at Boeing and positions at the Society for Advanced Rocket Propulsion, including Solids IREC Lead and Solids Structures Team Engineer, where Bianca developed manufacturing skills and presented designs to industry professionals. Previous roles include Lead Systems Engineer in NASA's L'SPACE Mission Concept Academy, Assistant Mentor for Washington Aerospace Scholars at The Museum of Flight, and outreach coordination for the Washington NASA Space Grant Consortium. Earlier experience in customer service at Panera Bread helped enhance communication and interpersonal skills.
