Roselynn Tien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in medical writing and communications within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Team Lead for Lay Language and New Media at Boehringer Ingelheim since September 2022, Roselynn has held several key leadership roles, including Senior Director and Head of China Scientific Writing at Bristol Myers Squibb, Director of Medical Writing at Boehringer Ingelheim, and Medical Affairs Consultant at Takeda Pharmaceuticals Asia Pacific. Previous positions include Director of Global Head of Resource Management and Director of Medical Writing Services Asia Pacific at PAREXEL International, Regional Publications Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, and Senior Account Manager at MediTech Media. Roselynn began a career in scientific writing at the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Toxicology in Germany. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Cell Biology from Kiel University and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
