Rita Xu has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Rita started their career in 2010 as a Finance Controller at Roche. Rita then moved on to Boehringer Ingelheim in 2015, where they held various roles including Global Account Management, Senior System Analyst, Head of End User Operations EMEA & Global Account Management, Member of CIO Advisory Board, and Head of Global Service Desk. In their most recent position, they served as the Head of IT GAE Enablement, overseeing global application experiences.

Rita Xu has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from East China Normal University. Rita also holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In 2023, they completed the Global Leadership Development Programme at IESE Business School. Additionally, Rita has obtained certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2018, IELTS from the British Council in 2013, and ITIL v3 Foundation from APMG International in 2011.
