Melissa Cole currently serves as Associate Director of Global Business Development and Digital Strategy at Sony Music Entertainment, a position held since November 2022, after previously functioning as Manager in the same department. In addition, Melissa has been a Fitness Instructor at BODYROK since June 2019. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant role in Enterprise Strategy at IBM, an MBA Internship in Digital Product Strategy at NBCUniversal Media, and various positions at Sperry, Mitchell & Company ranging from Analyst to Senior Associate. Melissa gained foundational experience through internships at ESPN and Paramount Pictures in compliance and production roles. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
