Maciej Nawrot's work experience includes serving as the Sales Director Formulated Systems Eastern Europe at Bodo Möller Chemie Group since 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at Bodo Möller Chemie Polska Sp. z o.o. / Bodo Möller Chemie Czech & Slovakia, s.r.o., including Managing Director, Sales Director, and Account Manager Poland from 2005 to 2015. Before joining Bodo Möller Chemie, they were a Co Owner at Aravix s.c. from 1998 to 2005. Maciej also worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry PAN from 1993 to 1998.

Maciej Nawrot obtained their Master's degree in Biotechnology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.
