Troy Nelson currently serves as Senior Vice President of Digital Servicing and Customer Experience at The Beachbody Company, a role that has evolved from previous positions including Group Vice President and Vice President within the same area. Prior to this, Troy Nelson held various leadership roles at Intuit, focusing on Global Service Excellence and Operations. Troy Nelson also gained experience at American Express, where responsibilities included directing Customer Experience Strategy and managing service delivery across multiple sectors. Troy Nelson obtained an MBA with a focus on Global Leadership from Arizona State University between 2002 and 2004.
