Palak Sharma, M.Eng. is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in various sectors, including food and ingredients, brewery and distillation, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Currently employed at Boccard since October 2023, Palak previously worked at Nexus PMG, where advisory services were provided for infrastructure projects, including developing Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages and performing engineering calculations. Before that, Palak held roles as a quality engineer at Axium Packaging and a production controller at Sun Chemical, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto, complemented by research experience in water treatment and renewable energy technologies.
