Debbie Woods is an experienced professional in human resources and finance, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Boca Raton Museum of Art since March 2023. Previously, Woods held the position of Human Resource Director at Enfield Enterprises, Inc. from July 2019 to December 2022, with a background in contracting with military branches and membership in FEMA SHRM. At KBR - Kellogg Brown & Root, from July 2014 to June 2019, Woods worked as a Business Manager and Subcontract Administrator, contributing to military and NASA projects, including disaster response efforts for Hurricane Michael. Additionally, Woods served as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at CMFB from May 2007 to June 2014. Woods holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Memorial University and two Master’s degrees from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, one in Human Resources Management and the other in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations.
