Simon Sia is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Head of Tax at BOC Aviation since November 2018. Prior to this role, Simon was the General Manager of Group Tax at International SOS from February 2002 to October 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing tax management for the Group's extensive global operations in over 70 countries, while leading a global tax team from the headquarters in Singapore. Earlier career positions include Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1995 to 2000 and Tax Senior at Coopers & Lybrand from 1991 to 1995.
