Roumany Samhakson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing operations activities such as customer service, supply chain management, logistics, and quality. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Thrislington Cubicles, a division of Bobrick Washroom Equipment Ltd, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed two director-level positions in the UK.
Roumany also worked at Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc. in various roles, including Business Unit Director for Partitions, Marketing Category Manager, and Senior Marketing Project Manager. They were also the Business Unit Director at Privada Cubicles.

They achieved notable accomplishments such as implementing safety programs, improving on-time shipment rates, and achieving cost savings through suggestions methods of improvement.
Roumany started their career at Bobrick as an Architectural Services Rep and later took on roles as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Project Manager/Sales Trainer, where they managed information system projects and collaborated with various departments. Throughout their career, Roumany has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of implementing efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet organizational needs.
Roumany Samhakson attended the California Academy of Math and Science from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2002, Roumany studied at the University of Southern California where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. During the same period, Roumany also attended the USC Marshall School of Business, specializing in Information Systems within the field of Business.
