Kenneth F. Dombrowski is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, lean processes, and organizational management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager - Lean Manufacturing at Bobcat Company, responsibilities include overseeing the Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities teams for various production lines. Previous roles include Plant General Manager/Vice President at MGS Manufacturing Group, where Kenneth focused on operational performance and strategic goal execution, and Plant Manager/Vice President of Operations at Poclain Hydraulics, enhancing manufacturing capabilities and leading a significant plant expansion. With earlier positions at Eaton Corporation, Rockwell Automation, Twin Disc, and J&L Fiber Services, Kenneth has a proven track record in process improvement, project management, and implementation of lean manufacturing practices. Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
