David Marotte is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Bobcat Company since June 2023, David previously held the role of Engineering Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Custom Products of Litchfield, Inc. from August 2012 to March 2023, where projects included designing cabs for various industries and managing cross-functional teams through the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. At Bobcat Company from 2006 to 2012, David led the Current Product Support Group, achieving significant cost savings and managing numerous new product development projects. Additionally, David's background includes experience as a Contract Design Engineer at Applied Engineering, Inc. and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, earned in 2002.
