Benjamin Westerberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Bobcat Company since October 2021, Benjamin oversees the company's corporate compliance program and provides guidance on various legal issues, including government contracting and consumer product safety. In addition to this role, Benjamin holds the position of Deputy General Counsel, Defense Services for the Army National Guard, advising on regulatory matters and providing legal defense services.
