Triin Eljas has worked in the hospitality industry since 2016. Triin began their career at My City Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia, where they served as a Front Office Manager. In 2017, they moved to Tallinna Teeninduskool, where they worked as a Teacher. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Hektor Container Hotel, where they held the roles of General Manager and Front Office Manager. Triin currently works at Bob W. as an Office Manager.

Triin Eljas attended Tallinn University from 2011 to 2013.
