Iván Márquez García has worked as a Software Development Manager at Boats Group since 2017. Prior to this role, they worked at CosasDeBarcos.com as a technical manager and Scrum Master starting from 2006. In this role, they were responsible for developing new functionalities and maintaining existing ones while also leading a Scrum team of five people.

Iván Márquez García studied at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2000-2006 and obtained a degree in Ingeniería Superior Informática. Iván also received additional certifications including a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2011, and an Advanced Certificate in English from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas in June 2008.
