Susan Giampa is an accomplished multi-unit manager currently leading operations at Boardroom Styling Lounge since April 2021. With extensive experience in the haircare industry, Giampa previously served as an Artistic Director at REGIS CORPORATION DBA SUPERCUTS from October 2010 to January 2019, where responsibilities included training stylists in the Supercuts haircutting technique and managing a studio with models. Earlier positions included General Manager at Honeytree DBA Supercuts from September 2002 to October 2010, and Director of Training and Recruitment at mjjm DBA Supercuts from September 1999 to September 2001.
