Farhat Nooruddin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Strategy Advisor at Virtusa since October 2023. With a robust background in diversity and inclusion, Farhat established and led a comprehensive D&I program at Cognizant, where roles included Vice President and Country Head with oversight of global delivery strategy and European delivery centres. Farhat also holds positions on various boards, including the Board of Directors at Remotecoders and the Board of Advisors at the Saraswati Seva Foundation, focusing on education, healthcare, and rural development in India. Additional roles include membership in the Virtual Advisory Board and participation in initiatives supporting diversity in leadership through INUNITA and WOMEN FOR THE BOARD. Farhat holds an MA and BA in Economics from the University of Mumbai and has furthered education at ZfU.
