Mariia Kovalchuk is a skilled professional with extensive experience in training and human resources within various organizations. Currently serving as a Soft Skills Trainer at the Board of European Students of Technology since September 2020, Mariia specializes in designing training events and sessions utilizing Experiential Learning and Adult Learning Techniques. At Ajax Systems, Mariia holds multiple roles including Technical Recruiter and has contributed to the organization in capacities such as Training Department Coordinator, Corporate Relations Coordinator, and Business to Business Public Relations Coordinator since February 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Responsible and CR/FR Coordinator for EBEC Kyiv 2020 at BEST Kyiv. Mariia is pursuing a Master's degree in Biomedical Technology/Technician at the University of Tübingen and holds a Bachelor of Medicine in biomedical engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
