Christy Uden, CAE, IOM, has extensive experience in leadership and organizational management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals since December 2010, after holding multiple positions including Chief Operations Officer and Program Development and Certification Services Director. Expertise includes developing quality standards for certification accreditation, implementing policy changes, and fostering continuous improvement. Prior roles include Customer Service Manager at the same organization, where Christy enhanced customer service excellence and communication processes, and Graphic Designer at Dixon Graphics, creating diverse marketing materials. Christy is academically advanced with a Master of Science in Health Communication and holds several management certificates, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design.
