Ryan Symank is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and customer support. Currently serving as a Principal Infrastructure Engineer/Architect at BNY Mellon since August 2022, Ryan focuses on developing documentation and ensuring adherence to Enterprise Architecture standards. Prior to this role, Ryan spent over 15 years at Rackspace Hosting, initially as an Enterprise Customer Support Architect and later in various positions, including System Administrator III at Electronic Data Systems and Systems Integrator at Perot Systems. Ryan holds a BBA in Business Analysis (Management Information Systems) from Texas A&M University, completed between 1994 and 1996.
