Kavita Sinha currently serves as Board Liaison, Director in the CEO Office at BNY since January 2024. Previously, Kavita held the position of Business Lead (Chief of Staff) to the Head of HR at Meta from December 2022 to December 2023. A significant portion of Kavita's career was spent at Citi from June 2013 to December 2022, where roles included Chief of Staff in the Citibank NA CEO Office and COO for Distressed Credit Risk in Institutional Clients. Earlier positions included COO Analyst for both Distressed Credit Risk and Emerging Markets Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Financial and Strategic Solutions Analyst at The Chubb Corporation. Kavita earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University and pursued a Professional Certification in Financial Analysis at New York University - SCPS, as well as participating in study abroad programs in Political Science and International Relations at The University of Edinburgh and University of London.
