Ewa Janiszewska-Kiewra currently serves as the European Bank's Chief Data Officer at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities include the framing and execution of the Data Strategy in alignment with enterprise programs and local specifics. With extensive experience in data architecture and analytics, Ewa previously held various managerial positions at McKinsey & Company, leading teams in Data Engineering and Analytics, as well as driving data strategies for multiple service lines. Prior to McKinsey, Ewa co-owned QBICO sp. z o.o., where significant contributions were made in business intelligence solutions, project management, and customer relationship management. Ewa's early career included roles at Fujitsu in both Spain and the UK, focusing on business intelligence and software architecture. Ewa holds an MBA from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
