Mousumi Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Talent Management across various organizations. Currently serving as the India Head of Learning and Development at BNP Paribas since November 2018, Mousumi leads talent and learning initiatives for multiple business sectors. Previous roles include HR Advisor at the World Bank Group's International Finance Corporation, Independent Consultant, and VP and Head of Talent, Learning & Organisation Development at AXA. Mousumi has also held positions at Sensiter Consulting, Accenture Consulting, Performance Consulting International, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and Tech Mahindra. An MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management complements a Bachelor of Commerce degree from BJB College.
