Olivier G. de La Ferrière has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Olivier started their career at SFR in 1991 as a Client Advisor and Customer Relation Manager, where they managed customer requests and claims. In 1996, they joined Bouygues Telecom as a Customer Relation Manager and Consultant, responsible for optimizing existing processes and creating IT tools and recovery procedures. From 1998 to 2009, they worked at Devoteam as a Senior Consultant, specializing in business and IT continuity missions, real estate space planning and site moves, and change management. Olivier then joined EDELWEB – Groupe ON-X as a Senior Consultant from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined BNP Paribas Cardif, first as a Regional Global Security Officer for Continental Europe, and currently as the Head of the Cyber Support Center.

Olivier G. de La Ferrière obtained a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from ESGCI from 1987 to 1989. Olivier also holds a certification as an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, which was obtained in 2012.
