Marta Trojanowska began their work experience in 1998 as a System Administrator at Mazowiecki Bank. Marta then moved on to Raiffeisen Polbank, where they held several roles including QA Manager and Head of IT Service Management. Marta also worked as an IT Integration Leader in an integration project at BNP Paribas Polska S.A. & Demerger RBI Project. In 2014, they became the Director Of Quality Assurance at Raiffeisen Polbank. Most recently, Marta has been working as the Head of IT Delivery Department for Global Markets at BNP Paribas Bank Polska since 2019.

Marta Trojanowska attended WIT Academy from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Software Engineering in the field of "Inżynieria Oprogramowania." In 1996, they also studied at WIT Academy and specialized in "Oprogramowanie Maszyn Cyfrowych." Marta attended Mila College from 1996 to 1998 and obtained a degree in "Technik Informatyk." In 2012 to 2014, they studied Management at Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie. There is no available information about any other education.
