Arkadiusz Kil is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software development and management, currently serving as an IT Area Lead at ING Hubs Poland since July 2019, focusing on Global Cards Hub Services and Fraud Detection Services for ING Group. Prior to this, Arkadiusz held the position of Senior IT Manager at ING Bank Slaski, where responsibilities included the development and support of card applications, ATM and CDM applications, and cache processing systems. Additional roles include Head of IT Project at SAGE UK and Software Consultant and Test Technician at COMPUTERLAND, with an early career as a System and Database Administrator at PKM Katowice sp. z o.o. Arkadiusz holds an Executive MBA from the Polish-American School of Business and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology. A postgraduate course in military sciences was completed at Stefan Czarniecki College of Military Officers.
