Anna Miernik possesses a strong background in organizational culture and executive management, currently serving as the Organizational Culture Manager and Executive Business Partner to the CEO at BNP Paribas Bank Polska since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Management Board Office Coordinator at Sandoz and Senior Management Board Specialist at Raiffeisen Polbank. Additionally, Anna has a rich musical background, having performed as an international orchestra musician and viola player with various orchestras, including Theater und Philharmonie Luebeck. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Orchestral Studies from the University of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin and a Master of Arts from Uniwersytet Muzyczny w Warszawie.
