Jina Tong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, particularly at BMW of Manhattan since 2012, where Jina holds the position of Billing Team Lead, responsible for processing contracts and vehicle registrations. Jina has also served in various capacities at BMW of Manhattan, including Billing Clerk, Marketing and Events Specialist, Motorcycle Apparel Specialist, and Car Accessories Sales, focusing on inventory management and customer relationship retention.
