Koenraad Lievens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aerospace and industrial technology. Currently serving as an Industrial Internet of Things Solution Architect and Operational Technology Engineer at BMT Aerospace since March 2022, Koenraad previously held roles at Newtec from 2008 to 2022, including Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included the development of RF and link budget analysis tools, and Customer Solutions Project Engineer, focusing on satellite communications link-budget analysis. Earlier experience includes a researcher position at the Aerospace Software and Technology Institute (ASTI), where developments in attitude and heading reference systems were conducted, and instructor roles at TU Delft, teaching mechanics to engineering students.
