Florina Leahu is a seasoned Recruitment Specialist at BMT Aerospace since November 2019, overseeing the complete recruiting process for various roles and managing onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews. Florina is responsible for updating personnel forms, preparing organizational charts, and contributing to HR policy development, along with being a key user in the implementation of the SAP Success Factors Recruitment module. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter and HR Consultant at CNUD-EFCO International and an internship in Human Resources at Manpower. Florina holds a Master’s Degree in HR Evaluation, Training & Psychological Coaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, complemented by a foundational education at Colegiul National "Spiru Haret" Tecuci.
