Tanya Rego is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital initiatives, communications, and business planning. Currently serving as the Lead of Digital Initiatives & Channel Services at BMO since January 2016, Tanya has successfully led the execution of intranet roadmaps and managed digital change integration. Prior to BMO, Tanya worked at TD as the Communications & Employee Engagement Manager, where strategic communications were enhanced for a large technology group. Tanya's earlier roles include Communications Manager at HP, where effective communication strategies and event planning were executed, and Business Planning Analyst, providing valuable analyses and forecasts to support business development initiatives.
