Rachael Gould currently serves as the National Head of Guardianship & Special Needs Trust Administration at BMO, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Rachael held multiple senior roles at Old National Bank from August 2022 to June 2024, including Senior Vice President and IL Trust Counsel. Rachael's extensive experience in wealth management also includes a role as Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Officer at First Midwest Bank, where responsibilities encompassed estates and contested trusts. Earlier in Rachael's career, Rachael was a Senior Associate Attorney at Momkus McCluskey LLC, focusing on civil and real estate litigation, and also held positions at O'Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer, and McKeown Law Firm, with a background in commercial real estate and civil litigation. Rachael holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BS in Communication from Cornell University.
