Irene Edens has over three decades of experience in managerial roles within the retail and catering sectors. Currently serving as Vestigingsmanager at BMN Nederland since October 2018, Irene previously held the position of storemanager at Van Neerbos Bouwmarkten from August 2009 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing multiple store locations. Prior experience includes serving as Floor Manager and bedrijfsleider at Makro Cash and Carry NL from January 1990 to December 2008, overseeing five department managers and approximately 150 staff members, along with responsibilities for business planning and store renovations. Earlier in career, Irene managed catering operations for the Dutch Oil Company at Eurest from 1984 to 1990. Educational background comprises completion of secondary hotel school and an evening program at ISW.
