Mayank Hans has a diverse background in supply chain and procurement roles. Starting as a Trainee at Krishna Maruti Group in 2011, they then progressed to roles such as Assistant Procurement Engineer at DEE Piping Systems, Procurement Engineer at Jindal ITF, and Assistant Manager - SCM at Tata Projects. MAYANK later took on leadership positions as a Supply Chain Manager at Treebo Hotels, Supply Chain and Procurement Manager at Awal Plastics W.L.L., and currently serves as the Procurement Team Lead at BMMI since 2021. Mayank has experience in procurement management, setting up procurement plans, supplier development, and SAP implementation.

Mayank Hans completed their Higher Secondary education in Physics and Mathematics from Lord Jesus Public School in 2008. MAYANK went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University in 2012. In 2013, they participated in a Continuing Education Programme focused on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
