Howard Robinson is an accomplished professional in the field of IT service management, currently serving as Practice Lead Manager and Principal Consultant/Solution Architect at BMC Software since July 2011. Prior experience includes roles as ITSM Solution Architect and Service Assurance Practice Manager at Devoteam from December 2008 to June 2011, Associate Director BSM and Senior Consultant at TuringSMI from November 2005 to November 2008, and Lead Consultant/Project Manager at Tertio Service Management Solutions Ltd from December 1995 to October 2005.
