Devasia Thomas is a Principal Innovator and Sr. Manager at BMC Software, having joined the company in May 2021, where responsibilities include leading research and managing teams for future product development in areas such as AIOps, machine learning applications, cybersecurity, and human-computer interaction. Prior to BMC, Devasia held the position of Lead Innovator at Broadcom Inc. and contributed to product enhancements as an R&D Software Engineer III. Additional experience includes roles at CA Technologies, VMware, and Cognizant, focusing on software engineering and developing key techniques in application performance monitoring and process injection. Academically, Devasia holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and an Advanced Study in Information Assurance from the University at Buffalo, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from COEP Technological University.
